Create a purple martin colony in your own backyard or enlarge your existing one with the perfect starter gourd rack system with 4 Gourds. The rack features a round pole that stands 12 feet 6 inches tall. The gourd hub and arms accommodate 4 gourds and slide up and down the pole due in part the the installed glide buttons. The aluminum gourd arms attach to the hub using stainless steel hardware.

The gourd rack includes two piece pole, hub, top perch rods, rope, eyebolt with sincle pulley, horizontal gourd arms, hitch pins to secure gourds on to the rack arms and rope winder.

The Starter System is available with four round-holed Troyer Gourds or the crescent opening Troyer Conely II gourds. The crescent opening/Conely’s are advisable if you have starlings in the area that will compete with the martins for nesting. All gourd racks and gourd rack systems come with complete instructions. Assembly required.
